We chose Cardwell Built to build our new home starting with a review of their website. We proceeded to the step of having a design meeting with Camie. The initial meeting and the resulting design process went so well that we never gave a second thought to whether we should move forward using Cardwell for our build. We appreciated the fact that the design belonged to us at the end of that process and that we could have moved on to another builder. The design of our house was totally customized to our wishes, even down to the more gradual rise of the steps in the house. Camie did an excellent job of 'getting into our heads' to understand what we were wanting and developed the plans to deliver on that. The build process went very well. Very few glitches arose but when they did, any issue was quickly resolved. The end result is a beautiful home. We have been in for 6 months at this point and we would not change a thing. Perhaps the most telling thing about the process is that IF we wanted to build another house, we would not hesitate to work with the Cardwell Built Team again. But that won't be happening as we already have a 'perfect for us' Cardwell Built home. Steve and Susan Kraabel
